The whitening effect of our treatment varies in duration, depending on the patient’s dietary habits and lifestyle.
Typically, the whitening effect lasts from 6 months to a year. However, continuous and prolonged consumption of heavily pigmented foods (such as blueberries, coffee, wine, chocolate, etc.) or smoking can significantly shorten this period, potentially making the whitening effect diminish within just 1-2 months.
It is essential to avoid eating such foods in the first few days after the treatment and to remember to brush your teeth after every meal. In fact, after dental hygiene, whitening, or any cosmetic treatment, teeth are more prone to staining.
